As a Project Management Institute (PMI) Authorized Partner and Instructor, she doesn’t simple teach, but educates Future PMP’s to Plan more Efficiently, Execute with Authority and Implement Projects with Ease through her demonstrated 20 years of extensive experience in IT Project Management with companies such as Ericsson, Federal Government (General Services Administration), BCD Travel, Deloitte, and DeltaAir Lines. Tamara is a graduate of Xavier University of New Orleans of Louisiana with a B.A. in Mass Communications and holds an M.B.A. in Global Technology Management and a Master’s Certificate from George Washington University in Project Management. Tamara is an active 25-year member Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc whose motto she lives by. “To be a Service to All Mankind.” Fueled by her mission to Eliminate the ridicules Wage Gap of Black Women earning 67 cents for every dollar paid to a White Man. Tamara has taught Project Management at Universities and Organizations across the Globe including India and Dubai. Her organization focuses on developing other Project Managers and STEM professionals, because in her eyesEVERYONE is a Project Manager. Tamara’s participants have gone on to Management positions including Directors, Vice Presidents, Senior Executive Service (SES) leads and even a Chief Information Officer (CIO). While the average PMP Certification salary increase is 20%-25% increase, Tamara’s clientele has received in the upper 30% increase with some notable individuals adding $60K increase to their salary.
