Hayley Hart is Hello Seven’s Director of Operations and has been coaching entrepreneurs to help them build, grow, and scale their businesses for the last 5 1/2 years, while simultaneously running the operations of the business.
She has worked with startups all the way to multi-million dollar businesses, strengthening its efforts alongside leading entrepreneurs and their teams.
With a focus on operations, strategic planning, and team building, Hayley has helped hundreds of businesses build foundational operations and gain clarity on how to move forward. When she isn’t talking about business operations, you can find Hayley organizing, window shopping, and creating aesthetically pleasing spaces.
She is a serial dreamer, soul seeker, and the occasional essential oiler, enjoying time in Minnesota with her two little girls.
