I help burned-out healthcare providers rebuild clarity and connection through communication skills that actually make their day easier. At my core, I’m someone who’s always reaching for better — a better way to communicate, serve, lead, and grow. I’m a self-help enthusiast with a serious growth mindset — obsessed with mindfulness, human connection, and finding ways to show up with more clarity, even on the messy days. Right now, I work mostly with individual providers, namely female optometrists, but I’m building Eye Teach into a full training program for healthcare schools and universities.
